What the bot and this site keep, in plain words.
What the bot stores about your community
Your settings, shop items and orders, factions, tickets and suggestions, and your players' stats, coin balances and linked gamertags. Gamertags and game events come from your server's own Nitrado logs. Discord IDs are stored for people who link a gamertag or use the admin dashboard.
Your Nitrado token
It is stored encrypted and used only to talk to your Nitrado server on your behalf. You can revoke it in your Nitrado account, or delete it from the bot with /disconnect. It's also removed automatically if the bot is removed from your Discord server.
What the bot doesn't read
It doesn't read the messages your members type in Discord. It only receives the commands and button presses aimed at it, and who joins your server (for the welcome DM).
The request form
We keep what you type into the form, plus your Discord username and ID, so we can follow up with you. The email is optional.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Deleting data
Ask for your community's data, or your request, to be deleted and it will be.
